Practitioners are solely responsible for the care they provide to patients. Rose Physio HUB does not provide medical advice and does not replace professional judgement. All treatment decisions remain the responsibility of the practitioner.
Patients may access the platform to view programmes, videos, and messages provided by their practitioner. Patients must not misuse the platform or share access with others.
All data and content uploaded to the platform remains the property of the user or patient. By using the platform, you grant Rose Physio HUB permission to store and process this data solely for the purpose of delivering the service.
Certain features of the platform require an active subscription. Payments are processed securely, and access to features may be limited or suspended if payments are not maintained.
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Rose Physio HUB may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time to improve the platform or comply with legal requirements.
Rose Physio HUB is not liable for clinical outcomes, treatment decisions, or patient progress. Use of the platform is at your own risk, subject to applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if these terms are breached or if the platform is misused.
